Road Runner Transit operates under an intergovernmental agreement between the Federal and State Governments and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe.
Funding comes from the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, towns of Ignacio and Bayfield, La Plata and Archuleta Counties, City of Durango and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
